These terms govern your use of Don't Click ("the Service"), an email scam detection service operated by AR Technologies Ltd, 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin, D02 XE80, Ireland.

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service does

Don't Click analyses emails you forward to us and returns a safety report assessing whether the email may be a scam. The analysis uses automated security checks and AI. No human reads your email unless you dispute a result.

What the Service does NOT do

Your responsibilities

Free and paid plans

The Service offers 5 free email checks. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription ($29/year). Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time — there are no refunds for partial subscription periods, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by clicking the "Delete your account" link in any email from us, or by emailing privacy@dontclick.app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, analysis methodology, and content are owned by AR Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the Service. You retain all rights to the emails you forward — we claim no ownership of your content.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AR Technologies Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from:

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
