Evri text scam claims parcel undelivered due to incorrect address details

What is this scam?

Scam text messages impersonating Evri tell recipients that a parcel delivery could not be completed because of incorrect address details on file, and provide a link to update the information and rebook delivery. The link leads to a fraudulent website that harvests personal details and payment card information. Which? flagged this as a distinct variant from other Evri delivery scams active in July 2026. Evri never requests payment or personal details via an unsolicited text link — any genuine delivery issue is managed through the official Evri app or website, and Evri does not charge to correct an address.

3. Forward the message to 7726 (free spam reporting, works on all UK networks).
